教 育 規 則
- 品質分數給分規則:TQM 訓練強調訓練後的「成果」(outcome),我們希望在課堂上所教的,是每天工作上會用到的。為了迎合這樣的變化與強調現場學習的重要性,我們的課程名稱加上「訓練」這兩個字。我們有一個得分的標準,其方法 •••
- 品質教育規章:錄影帶、模組及其他品質活動的報名、刷卡、得分規則;報名未出席的處理、頒發證書、獎勵金等。
教 育 施 行 資 料
員工需接受單位內的教育訓練;員工﹝統稱為〝學員〞﹞也需接受「醫療品質教育訓練」。為了方便學員作主規劃自己學習的路,特將所有課程設計為可以獨立完成的單元,叫作〝模組〞﹝module﹞,並不要求在一定的時間內完成。學員可隨時以我的分數追蹤自己的成果。
不管是從事感覺到需要,或只不過是對內容有興趣,學模組有其價值。但模組也有組合:相關模組安排前後學習過程,加起來當作訓練計畫,如學校的〝一門課〞或〝證照〞。這種訓練計畫設有〝學習護照〞列出必要的模組以及紀錄學員進度﹝如:品管圈圈員學習護照、品管圈促進師學習護照、5S 輔導員學習護照 、5S 促進師學習護照、...﹞。學員可查詢我的學習護照。
更廣的範圍是〝Level〞﹝層次、等級﹞。以模組的精髓分類如下:
- Level 1:個人基礎級。此類模組為品質的基礎觀念,可以一個人學習﹝如:品質的定義、閱讀業績報表、基本統計分析、品質手法﹞。
- Level 2:組員級。專門培養團隊精神,學員的角色為組員;學習跟人在一起做事、取得共識、妥協等﹝如:品管圈的〝圈員〞﹞。
- 服務態度教育訓練:課程設計:本課程旨在學會溝通的基本職能,共分為六期,每期大約一個月可以完成,但主要目的是要達到能力的提昇,因此,如果工作排班使無法在一個月內完成時,應適當的延長訓練期限,直到有滿意的成果為止•••
- Level 3:組長級。繼續培養團隊精神,但學員的角色為帶領者;學習有效的開會、帶動組員取得共識等﹝如:品管圈的〝圈長〞、品質課程的〝教練〞﹞。
- Level 4:講師級。負責規劃課程、編輯教材、教導學員、追蹤和評估實習成果等。
- 領導三個等級:以「主管為教練」是重點,因為當一個教練除了要瞭解該單位特有的例行工作外,也要負責學員是否熟悉相關的技術•••
- Level 5:專業級。品質指標相關作業。
